So I don't know if your teachers do this but when ever a student isn't listening in class the teacher asks the, a question just to embarrass the, in front of the class. By the way this was in year 4 with the worst teacher in my primary school. (I'm transitiong as of now)
I decided to come up with a small but cool plan. In class, I acted like I wasn't listening when I secretly was. As usual, she asked me a question and I answered it correctly. You could see she was secretly angry by the way she acted. But I loved it.
In a social studies class that i was failing i was the only one to get 100% on a test. I was forced to retake the test because the teacher thought I cheated. After retaking the test after school with her over my shoulder I got another 100% I was put in detention for 2 weeks for cheating and got a 0% on that test. The only reason I was failing in the first place was because i hated doing homework but was always doing 85% or higher on tests.
My teacher locked the door so two people couldn't get in on purpose so they came round through staff only but got sent back round this got repeated about 5 times and we wasted 20 minutes of lesson and they got a detention for being late ...
*when teacher finds out student did not ask question when they needed to because they were shy*
Teacher: Don't worry. Asking questions is essential to life.
*when child asks question because they do not understand the material*
Teacher: You should have been listening then. Ask a neighbor.
When I went to my first public school in 7th grade, people though I liked this girl named Brooke, just because she had braces, glasses, and bumps on her forehead. I didn't take it serious. But come one you idiotic middle schoolers! Just because someone looks like another person doesn't mean they like each other. Also for the record I didn't like that girl. She was very annoying.
Why do teachers feel obligated to give us homework EVERY lesson despite it not being essential and we could clearly go without it? Heck, we'd be better off WITHOUT it! That way we could focus on the work that's actually IMPORTANT and not get stressed out!
