A place to suggest Games to play.
It's a (somewhat?) platformer/runner game where certain platforms disappear every time the background changes color. For me, the best part of Runbow is the online play, where you and up to 8 other players can battle it out in the different game modes!
Long story short, PLAY IT!
It's a fun little rythm game out for PC and (hopefully) mac where (basically) all of the levels/beatmaps are fanmade!
Plants VS. Zombies. (The original)
-It was made in 2009 and developed by PopCap. If you want me to go in why I like the game, I'll probably do it soon in Game Reviews but here's a summary. It may be slow but it's fun, satisfying, and has lots of more features along with humor.
Trainz, Or Train simulator.
One of the best simulators I've seen yet.
You can get a copy of 2010 for 10 bucks.
The newest version is free now for a limited time.
The fanbase is huge and it supports 3rd party content.
The game is big by itself, but all the content made by its fans is crazy.
The game is cheap due to it being slightly old, but most content works.
I recommend you get 2010 or 2012 if T:ANE is not available.
Note: T:ANE Stands for Trainz: A New Era, aka the newest game.
Tetris on tetrisfriends.com
Yeah, you need to make an account for it, but once you have an account, there are so many different game modes for Tetris! (I recommend Tetris Arena where you can play with up to 6 players in real time)
Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3.
It's essentially a massive 3V3 crossover fighting game between Marvel Comics heroes/villains (e.g. X-Men, Avengers, Spider-Man etc.) and characters from Capcom videogames (e.g. Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Megaman X).
It's everything I want from a crossover fighting game and more: Easy to pick-up and play yet infinitely difficult to fully master, 50 playable fighters all with their strengths/weaknesses and assist attacks, a fantastic art style that compliments every character to a 'T' and fast-paced, superpowered gameplay that makes you feel like you pulled off some spectacular moves even if you lost.
Also, Phoenix Wright fighting superheroes. That is all.
Sadly, the X360/PS3/PS Vita ports of the game have long since been delisted from digital storefronts and physical copies of said ports go for monstrous prices on auction sites, but thankfully, Capcom released a HD port of the game on PS4/XBONE/PC earlier this year (complete with all the DLC), so get stuck in!
ARK: Survival Evolved
Description: As a man or woman stranded, naked, freezing, and starving on the unforgiving shores of a mysterious island called ARK, use your skill and cunning to kill or tame and ride the plethora of leviathan dinosaurs and other primeval creatures roaming the land. Hunt, harvest resources, craft items, grow crops, research technologies, and build shelters to withstand the elements and store valuables, all while teaming up with (or preying upon) hundreds of other players to survive, dominate... and escape!
The game is currently in 'Early Access' on Steam, the Xbox Live Marketplace, and PlayStation 4 with continually new updates in the open-world dinosaur survival game.
