Recipe for really good scrambled eggs:
-1/4 (or splash) cup of milk (can be lactose free)
-bowl & fork/whisk
-salt n' pepper
Crack the three eggs into the bowl, and use the fork/whisk to scramble. add the milk and pour on a pan (pammed & heated to just above medium).
Get a spatula and start 'fliping' the eggs. put on plate and really lather on the kechup and mix. Enjoy!
Recipe for Chocolate Popcorn
Place the cool popcorn in a large bowl. Use a ladle to drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn, stirring with a wooden spoon as you go. Keep adding chocolate until the popcorn is evenly coated. Pour the chocolate-coated popcorn onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and allow it to cool.
Mashed cauliflower. The best substitute for mashed potatoes, and I swear it tastes exactly the same! Great for if you want to cut back on carbs, or can't eat potatoes, or just want a healthier option that tastes the same. I know it might sound disgusting, but trust me, it's delicious! Just boil cauliflower in water, strain, mash and season with salt and pepper.
Take a tortilla and spread it with peanut butter or Nutella. Fully peel a banana and place on the edge of the tortilla. If the banana is very curved, break it in the center and lay the two pieces straight. Roll up the tortilla. Cut the roll into slices. Sprinkle cinnamon on the slices. You can also use chocolate sauce as soy sauce.
Serves 1 person
1/3 cup white rice
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup water
6-8 pods worth of crushed cardamom
1/8ish cup creamed coconut
drizzle of maple syrup
bring everything except maple syrup to the boil,switch pan to very low heat for about 10-20 minuets, place in bowl with maple syrup. Enjoy!
